The ACA Educational Needs Assessment Survey ends April 22

Summer is approaching fast, so here’s where we back off on YP things from a National effort and give you a chance to focus on camp.

Highlights:

Where did this all come from? Where is it going? We are currently engaged with the ACA Board on long-range planning and integration of YP into the fabric of the ACA. Learn more about the future and past of ACA YP. http://www.acacamps.org/youngpros/history.php

The entire initiative is taking off in the Sections. Section Representatives are beginning to engage YPs for information, ideas, and networking. http://www.acacamps.org/youngpros/sections.php

We are continuing to refine and explain the YP Definition and Organization. As a grassroots effort that is working both nationally and locally, “What is YP?” is the #1 question we get! http://www.acacamps.org/youngpros/whats-yp.php

What you can do now:

- First, fill out the Educational Needs Assessment Survey before April 22nd!
- Have an idea to involve YPs in your section? Contact your YP Section Rep
- Join a Project Team

Look for an email late in the summer so we can jump right into the YP Initiative this Fall!
